Dr. Lori Hart’s Programs

Better Fraternity; Better You

“Better Fraternity; Better You” is a fun, interactive program customized for all fraternity and sorority audiences (fraternity/sorority new members, for fraternity men only, for sorority women only, all community program, conventions and leadership programming, etc.). This program gets to the core of problem analysis and expectations. And this program leaves people thinking about solutions.

An Hour of Power

In just one hour—3,600 seconds—you’ll be challenged to rethink what it means to lead and influence change. This keynote won’t focus on the usual leadership buzzwords like integrity or authenticity. Instead, Dr. Lori Hart gets real about what drives impact: power.

With decades of experience and a research-backed approach, Dr. Hart explores how power shows up in relationships, communities, and organizations—and how it’s used, shared, or abused. This session will help you understand how to recognize power dynamics, navigate them with confidence, and use your own power to spark meaningful change.

This isn’t your average leadership lecture. It’s a bold, energizing call to action. Because in just 3600 seconds, you can unlock the awareness, courage, and strategy to become a more impactful member of your campus and your community.

Get ready to embrace your power—and use it wisely.

Let’s Fix It (if you want to…)

Your organization has problems? Want to fix it?

This is an intersection of a keynote full of stories, humor, and theory with a bit of strategic planning, problem analysis, and understanding systems to help you create a plan to fix the things you chose to fix within your organization…all in a two hour timeframe.

3P2E Consulting Framework

For a culture to begin to change, you must have alignment in five key areas: PHILOSOPHY of the organization drives the POLICY. POLICY of the organization drives the PROCEDURES (resources). PROCEDURES drives EDUCATION. EDUCATION strategy drives ENFORCEMENT (accountability).

3P2E is a true analysis in these five areas helping you look at risk management through more than just one lens. This approach helps you mind the gap and impact the culture. If you align those five areas, you have a better shot at changing culture.

A Sister’s Sanctuary: Cultivating Belonging

Perhaps all of the sorority founders wanted the same thing…a sanctuary for sisters. A place where women belong, thrive, grow, laugh and love not just in society at the time, but also in a closer community with one another.

A sanctuary, in the context of belonging, refers to a place or environment where individuals feel a deep sense of safety, acceptance, and connection. It's a space that fosters a feeling of being welcomed, understood, and valued for one's true self.

"A Sister's Sanctuary" is a discussion dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging among college sorority women.

Built for Safety: How Strong Leaders Create Safer Chapters

What makes a fraternity or sorority community truly safe? It’s not just policies or procedures—it’s the people who bring them to life. Built for Safety is a high-impact session that explores the protective factors that keep our communities strong, and the powerful role leaders play in activating them. From fostering a culture of care to stepping up in moments that matter, this program dives into how trust, accountability, and connection can prevent harm before it happens.

Whether you are navigating risk, addressing tough conversations, or simply building a stronger sense of belonging, Built for Safety equips you with practical tools and fresh perspective. This isn’t just about avoiding crisis—it’s about building a community environment where everyone can thrive.

The Drunk Feminist

Drunk Feminist is a bold, honest program for sorority women that explores the complex intersections of alcohol, feminism, history, and culture. It invites participants to take a hard look at how women are treated in our communities—by others and by each other—and how our own expectations of members shape those experiences.

Through an intersectional lens, this session examines the history of women and feminism, alcohol education specific to the female body, and critical elements of prevention, healthy relationships, and respect. It asks big questions: Why do we accept certain behaviors? What messages are we sending to new members? And how can we do better?

Drunk Feminist isn’t about blame—it’s about awareness, accountability, and action. It’s an empowering, eye-opening experience that challenges norms and calls women to lead with intention.

Because when women recognize their power, they don’t just change the conversation—they change the world.

Transitions

This program is a fully customizable keynote - from title to content - for new student orientation. This can be adapted for undergraduate to graduate-level audiences. The content can be customized to include alcohol, healthy relationships, consent, etc. Using research from the Gallup Purdue Index, Pew Research Center, Harvard University, and Yale University, participants will engage in a conversation around choices, self-care, student success, and meeting the end goal of graduation.

A Few Too Many…Our Campus Culture of Alcohol

A Few Too Many is an educational, fun and interactive program and customizable for all university audiences (new student orientation, fraternity and sorority new members, athletics, all campus programming, etc.). It is based on biology, research, harm reduction and concrete steps students can take to be successful in college, and beyond.
